Our company is seeking to hire a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide stellar onsite support to our clinical laboratory staff and customers.
8 hour shifts 5 days a week, flexible scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication of complex multistep procedures
Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to sooth customers experiencing high stress situations
Experience with support request ticketing software and the general workflow of support ticketing
Experience within a laboratory or healthcare setting
Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH or similar data privacy regulations
